• Deliveries are scheduled based on your subscription frequency and will be dispatched on the same day each cycle.
• Shipping fees are included in the subscription unless otherwise stated.
• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and up-to-date.

• Subscribers can pause, cancel, or modify their subscription at any time by logging into their account.
• Changes to flavour preferences or delivery dates must be made at least 3 days before the next dispatch

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fees.
• To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made 3 days prior to your billing date.

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
• Refunds will only be issued in cases of delivery errors, damaged products, or other exceptional circumstances.

• Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, and dairy. Please review ingredient lists carefully.
• We are not liable for any allergic reactions caused by undisclosed sensitivities.
